Changed your mind after your purchase? Return the unused item / product within eight days of purchase for an exchange or refund.

This Eight-Day Cooling-Off period is effective for eight days from the date of purchase and applies to delivered products and cash-and-carry items. For example, if customer purchases a dect phone on 1 May and realises that his old dect phone is still working, he can bring back the purchase to exchange for another on or before 8 May so long as the following terms and conditions are met:

• Product returned must be in brand-new condition and in its original packaging, complete with guarantee card and accessories.
• The return must be within eight days of purchase. If the item was purchased on 1 May, the claim for exchange must be made on/before 8 May.
• Product must be unused.
• This policy does not apply to air conditioners and televisions that have already been installed or wall-mounted.
• In the event of a cancellation with no exchange in product, a refund will be made in the same mode of payment that was used in the original purchase.
• Delivery charges are non-refundable. We may also charge for the collection of the refunded item.
• All gifts and vouchers associated with the purchase must also be returned with the product.
• All products ordered exclusively on behalf of customers are precluded from this return policy. When making a return, the Customer must produce and return the original invoice from Gain City.
• Gain City reserves the rights to exchange or give a full refund to the customer.
• This policy does not cover sales with lucky dips and lucky draws. This policy does not cover clearance sales and display product sales. This policy is only applicable to local Singapore sales.
• Gain City Best-Electric reserves the rights to amend any of the above terms and conditions without prior notice.
