Bought a defective product? Return it within eight days for a free replacement.

This guarantee is subject to the following terms and conditions:

• The guarantee will be in effect for eight days from the date of delivery/purchase.
• Products are to be inspected and verified by the Agent that there is a manufacturing defect before any replacement takes place.
• The customer must produce the original receipt from Gain City.
• The exchanged product is to be of the same brand and model.
• The defective item must be returned with all its accessories and packaging.
• This replacement warranty does not cover dents and scratches.
• This warranty is applicable to air conditioner sales (but only applicable to standard HDB-type installation methods, which does not require additional cranage, scaffoldings, logistics, manpower and other resources).
• This warranty does not include clearance sales and display products sales.
• This warranty does not include all apple products.
• This replacement warranty is applicable only to products commonly available in our product range and depth.
• Transportation and delivery charges apply.
• All incidental or consequential damages are expressly excluded.
• Gain City Best-Electric reserve the rights to amend any of the above terms and conditions without prior notice.
