  • Note the navigation bar near the top of the page, with different tabs for different classes of products.
  • Move the cursor over the appropriate tab and a drop-down menu will appear.
  • Click the sub-class you are interested in.
  • To browse a different class of product, repeat the same process.
  • Note the search bar to the right of the navigation bar. If you are looking for a brand (say, Samsung), type "Samsung" in the search bar; if you are looking for a specific category of products (say, Camera), type "Camera" in the search bar.
  • Click on the magnifying glass logo on the search bar or press the "Return" key.
  • Start shopping.
  • On the page where your product is displayed, select the quantity and insert an iwish amount, then click on the "Add To Cart" symbol.
  • Once you have chosen all the products, click on the "CART" icon on the top right corner.
  • Log in at the top of the page with your NRIC/FIN and password.
  • If you have forgotten your password:
  • Move the mouse over the "Log In" dropdown on the top of the page.
  • Click on the "Forgot Password?" option below the "Log In" button.
  • Enter your e-mail and the generated code in the field provided, then click "Next."
  • Log in to your e-mail account to retrieve the e-mail with the new password (it may be in your junk mail folder).
  • Check your shopping cart summary.
  • If you wish to purchase Extended Warranty, check the appropriate box.
  • Proceed to the payment page.
  • Choose your preferred payment method.
  • Our friendly sales representative will contact you within 24 hours regarding your order.
  • Key in your NRIC/FIN number.
  • Fill in your profile page. Mandatory fields are marked with an *.
  • Tick the "I have agreed to the Conditions of Use" box and click on "Sign up."
  • Click "Continue."
  • Upon successful application, you will be automatically logged into your account on the webpage.
  • Move the cursor over the "Log in" dropdown at the top of the page.
  • Log in with your NRIC/FIN and password.
  • Move the cursor over "My Profile."
  • You will be brought to "iWish My Account."
  • Your purchase history will be reflected in your account.

Online Availability

You can purchase the item anytime, and our friendly sales representative will get back to you within 24 hours on the availability.

The range of products found on www.GainCity.com will change from time to time, and may differ from the range of products you see in our stores. This may be due to product quantity limitations or special online deals and promotions.

There is no limit on the number of products to be purchased at one time, except for products which are on offer. We may, at our discretion, to limit or cancel the quantities of these products on offer which are purchased per person or per order or per  billing address or delivery address. When this occurs, an email notification will be sent to the email provided by you by next business day. 

We will send an e-mail or call you to keep you posted on availability by the next business day. This practice will vary by product and situation, and limited quantities or other circumstances may result in this check. If the product is no longer available, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any payment made.

Free Product Loan


Collection & Delivery

A delivery charge of $30 will be reflected in your sales order. For express deliveries, a delivery charge of S$50 per trip per destination applies, but will be waived if purchase amount exceeds $1,500.

For all items excluding air-conditioning items: 11am-3pm, 3pm-7pm or 7pm-9pm
For sofa deliveries only: 12pm-5pm, 5pm-9pm

Installation

The price of our air conditioner systems include installation for standard HDB apartments. The installation, which will be undertaken by our BCA-trained technicians, excludes stainless steel bracket. Exchanges & Returns

If you're not totally happy with a product, bring it back to the store where it was purchased within eight days from date of purchase / delivery, whichever is later.
