Since the products remain under our care throughout the subscription period, we will work with you to ensure they are properly collected and responsibly recycled at the end of their use, supporting sustainable practices together.

If you love your item and want to keep it, you can choose to purchase it at the end of your subscription.

1.What benefits do I enjoy with the subscription plan? 

For Aircon subscription

• Aircon system of your choice
• Delivery and Standard Residential basic installation with the standard piping length included additional charge applies for longer piping runs 
• Repairs (excluding accidental damages) during the subscription period
• Aircon servicing of all fan coils during the subscription period

For Home Appliance subscription

• Home Appliance of your choice (applicable to fridge, washing machine, dryer & dishwasher only)
• Delivery and Standard Residential basic installation
• Repairs (excluding accidental damages) during the subscription period

For Bedding subscription

• Bedding of your choice
• Mattress cleaning service (once a year) of the mattress during the subscription period
• Delivery and repairs (excluding accidental damages) of mattress during the subscription period
• Repairs (excluding accidental damages) of bed frame during the first year

For Furniture subscription

• Sofa or dining set of your choice
• Delivery and assembly
• Repairs (excluding accidental damages) during the subscription period

For Ceiling Fan subscription

• Ceiling fan of your choice

2.How long is the subscription?

For Aircon subscription

• The subscription period is fixed at 36 or 60 months

For Home Appliance subscription

• The subscription period is fixed at 24, 36 or 60 months.

For Bedding subscription

The subscription period is fixed at 24, 36 or 60 months.

For Furniture subscription

• The subscription period is fixed at 24, 36 or 60 months.
• For Ceiling Fan subscription

The subscription period is fixed at 24, 36 or 60 months.

For Water Purifier subscription

• The subscription period is fixed at 24, 36 or 60 months.

3.How much is the subscription fee? 

• Aircon Subscription: Starting from $50/month (before GST).
• Home Appliance Subscription: Starting from $10/month (before GST).
• Bedding Subscription: Starting from $21 /month (before GST).
• Furniture Subscription: Starting from $13 /month (before GST).
• Ceiling Fan Subscription: Starting from $29/month (before GST).
• Water Purifier Subscription: Starting from $56 /month (before GST).

Fees vary depending on the chosen aircon system, home appliance, bedding, furniture, ceiling fan or water purifier. Your sales representative will advise you on the actual fee using the online calculator.

4.How do I sign up for the subscription?

You will be assisted by a Gain City sales rep on the following sign-up process:

• Check your subscription budget instantly using Singpass Myinfo submission
• Choose your aircon system, home appliance, bedding, furniture, ceiling fan or water purifier and delivery date
• Pay the first 2 months subscription fee to Gain City upon issuance of sales order
• Sign the lease agreement

You will receive a copy of the signed lease agreement and sales order via email upon completing the process.

5.When does my subscription start?

Your subscription starts on the day the aircon system or ceiling fan or water purifier is installed, or the home appliance, bedding or furniture is delivered to you. Your subscription fee will be payable 2 months after your subscription starts and continue thereafter each month until your subscription ends.

6.How do I pay for the monthly subscription fee? 

• During the subscription period, monthly invoices will be emailed to you, indicating the amount due and deduction date.
• GIRO payment is encouraged to avoid missed payments. Ensure your bank account has sufficient funds before the deduction date.

Please ensure your designated bank account has sufficient funds before the deduction due date indicated on the invoice.

7.How do I book an aircon servicing or mattress cleaning service or water purifier cleaning service? 

Gain City will send a message reminder via Whatsapp/ SMS to book your servicing via your registered mobile number.

8.What happens if my item is not working during the subscription?

Please contact Gain City at 62221212 or [email protected] to arrange an appointment to fix it Additional fees may apply if the repair is not covered under the warranty.

9.What happens when my subscription ends? 

You may decide from the following options when your subscription ends:

• Extend your current subscription for 12 months (for aircon,bedding or furniture only), or
• Return the aircon, home appliance, bedding, furniture, ceiling fan or water purifier to Aquarius Kin, or
• Start a new subscription with the latest aircon, home appliance, bedding, furniture, ceiling fan or water purifier models, or
• Own the aircon, home appliance, bedding, furniture, ceiling fan or water purifier with a small one-time fee

You must notify us in writing via email ([email protected]) at least 60 days before the end date of your subscription otherwise you will be deemed to have decided to return the item at the end of your subscription.

10.How do I return the item when my subscription ends?

Please contact Gain City at 62221212 or [email protected] to arrange an appointment to return your aircon, home appliance, bedding, furniture, ceiling fan or water purifier subject to payment of a one-time collection fee. Additional fees may apply if the aircon, home appliance, bedding, furniture, ceiling fan or water purifier is not returned in a good working condition.

11.Can I cancel my subscription at any time? 

No, subscriptions are non-cancellable once they begin. If you cancel early, you’ll be charged the total remaining subscription fees for the entire period.
