• Ticket is not for resale or exchange.
• No refund or compensation will be made under any circumstances including ticket(s) lost, damaged, stolen, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• First 20 registrants will be entitled to one Free goodie bag. In the event of no show, goodie bag will be forfeited.
• Please present your order confirmation for entry to the event.
• Registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
• Request for change of dates or sessions will not be entertained.
• Gain City Best-Electric Pte Ltd may make changes, without prior notice, refund or compensation to the event due to bad weather or dangerous situations or under any circumstances.
• Gain City Best-Electric Pte Ltd reserves all rights to evict or refuse entry, without refund and compensation, to person(s) whose behaviour and conduct is of an unruly or disorderly manner, and poses a threat to any personnel, or affects the enjoyment of other guests present.
• Gain City Best-Electric Pte Ltd may take photographs and/or videos of the voucher holder and use them for advertising, publicity or commercial purposes.
• Gain City Best-Electric Pte Ltd shall not be responsible and shall not assume any liability for any damage to or loss of the property or belongings of any guests under any circumstances.
• The voucher holder voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the event whether occurring prior, to, during or subsequent pertaining to the actual event, including any death, personal injury, loss, damage or liability.
• Gain City Best-Electric Pte Ltd assumes all rights to confiscate or null this ticket, without liability to make any form of compensation, if the event organiser determines that the voucher holder has breached or attempt to breach any of the conditions under which the ticket was issued.
