  1. Please present your order confirmation for entry to the event. Registration will start at 6.30pm.
  2. Ticket is not for resale or exchange.
  3. No refund or compensation will be made under any circumstances including ticket(s) lost, damaged, stolen, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  4. No outside food and beverages are permitted in the venue.
  5. No takeaways are permissible.
  6. Request for change of dates or sessions will not be allowed.
  7. Buffet Menu is subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of Gain City Best- Electric Pte Ltd.
  8. All guests and ticket holders must be responsible for their own dietary restrictions and/or allergies. Gain City Best-Electric Pte Ltd shall not be responsible nor liable for the ticket holder in the event of injury or sickness arising from the attendance of this event and/or due to consumption of food and beverages served at the event/within the premises.
  9. Gain City Best-Electric Pte Ltd may make changes, without prior notice, refund or compensation to the event due to bad weather or dangerous situations or under any circumstances.
  10. Gain City Best-Electric Pte Ltd reserves all rights to evict or refuse entry, without refund and compensation, to person(s) whose behaviour and conduct is of an unruly or disorderly manner, and poses a threat to any personnel, or affects the enjoyment of other guests present
  11. Gain City Best-Electric Pte Ltd may take photographs and/or videos of the voucher holder and use them for advertising, publicity or commercial purposes
  12. Gain City Best-Electric Pte Ltd shall not be responsible and shall not assume any liability for any damage to or loss of the property or belongings of any guests under any circumstances. The voucher holder voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the event whether occurring prior, to, during or subsequent pertaining to the actual event, including any death, personal injury, loss, damage or liability.
  13. Gain City Best-Electric Pte Ltd assumes all rights to confiscate or null this ticket, without liability to make any form of compensation, if the event organiser determines that the voucher holder has breached or attempt to breach any of the conditions under which the ticket was issued
  14. Gain City Best-Electric Pte Ltd reserves all rights to amend any of the above terms and conditions without prior notice.

After you placed the order in Gain City website and confirmed the payment, our customer service officers will process it within 72 hours. Any order that comes in after 6pm on a Friday, it will only be processed on the following Monday.

We will schedule your delivery when Gain City's Own Fleet or Installation Service is required. However, due to stock availability across our different showrooms, Gain City may require an additional 3-5 working days to get the item ready for your Store-Collection (only applicable to 4 main showrooms) or for shipping out.

Delivery of your purchase may fall within this 3 schemes:

  • Agent Delivery: Items require our agents (distributor or principal) to deliver and/or perform basic installation services by the agents, for items such as Ceiling Fans, Cooking Hoods, or Water Heaters. Extra charges may apply for the installation service.
  • Gain City Delivery: Items in larger size and weight, and/or require basic installation service provided by Gain City's staff.
  • Economy Delivery: Smaller items will be delivered via our appointed 3rd party courier service partner.
  • Same Day Delivery: Order(s) placed between 12am to 4pm will be delivered within the same day before 10pm.

Delivery cost does not include installation/dismantling/carrying up or down by staircase. Installation/Dismantling cost and any other 3rd party cost applies separately.

Our policy lasts 8 days. If 8 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and sealed.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Mattresses & bedding accessories (due to hygiene reasons)

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
