Promotion Terms and Conditions:
This promotion is only valid for selected Sony products purchased during the period of 2 Aug 2021 – 19 Sep 2021, from participating Sony Authorized Dealers. The selected Sony Authorized Dealers are listed in our Sony Website (www.sony.com.sg/bravia)
• Customers are required to register their warranty online at www.sony.com.sg/mysony within 14 days from date of purchase and at the very latest by 4 Oct 2021. Terms and Conditions for My Sony registration apply. No extensions will be granted.
• Customers who registered their warranty successfully online will receive a Sony Authorized Redemption Email at their registered email address for redeeming their gift within 14 days of registration.
• If you do not receive your Redemption Email within the time period mentioned above, please call our Customer Contact Centre at 6544 8600 during operating hours (Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm excluding Public Holidays). Queries on this issue after 18 Oct 2021 will not be entertained.
• Sony is not responsible for undelivered or misdirected (due to incorrect email address) and loss of the Redemption Email. Request for replacement of Redemption Email will not be entertained.
• Customers must produce the original receipt, original Redemption Email, NRIC or Passport and a copy of the customer’s NRIC or Passport which will be retained for recording purposes at point of redemption.
• Customers may redeem their Free Gift between 2 Aug – 18 Oct 2021 from Sony Store, [email protected] - 313 Orchard Road, #02-28 to 37 S(238895) [email protected], Redemption hours: 12noon-9pm (Monday-Sunday).
Redemption ends 18 Oct 2021. No extensions will be granted
