Samsung Galaxy “A New Shape Unfolds” Lucky Draw

Terms and Conditions

1. Organiser
   1. This Lucky Draw is organised by Samsung Electronics Singapore Pte. Ltd. (“Samsung”), located at 30 Pasir Panjang Road, Mapletree Business City, #17-31/32, Singapore 117440.
2. Eligibility
   1. This Lucky Draw is open to Singapore residents aged eighteen (18) years and above as of 22 July 2026.
   2. Employees of Samsung and Samsung’s marketing service providers involved in this Lucky Draw, their respective affiliates and immediate family members, are not eligible to participate in this Lucky Draw.
3. Participation
   1. To participate in this Lucky Draw, each participant (each, a “Participant”) must:
      1. pre-order the next Samsung Galaxy foldable smartphone during the period from 22 July 2026, 9.00 p.m. (SGT), to 13 August 2026, 11:59 p.m. (SGT), via Samsung Online Store, Samsung Shop App, Samsung Experience Stores, or participating authorised retail channels (excluding third-party e-commerce platforms and marketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and any similar platforms (“Pre-Order”);
      2. use a pre-order e-voucher code during such Pre-Order; and
      3. Submit his/her Pre-Order details via this Lucky Draw’s website (www.samsung.com/sg/luckydraw/) during the period from 11 August 2026, 12:00 a.m. (SGT), to 13 September 2026, 11:59 p.m. (SGT). Each submission hereunder constitutes one (1) entry into this Lucky Draw.
   2. This Lucky Draw will be conducted on 21 September 2026, 3:00 p.m. (SGT), by Samsung.
   3. The results of this Lucky Draw will be published on www.samsung.com/sg/luckydraw by 30 September 2026.
4. Prizes
   1. 3D2N Travel Prizes
      1. There will be a total of 48 winners (each, a “Winner”) of the 3D2N Travel Prizes for this Lucky Draw. The 3D2N Travel Prizes comprise six (6) destinations, with eight (8) Winners allocated to each destination.
      2. The aforementioned destinations forming part of the 3D2N Travel Prizes will be announced on Samsung’s official Instagram account (@samsungsg). Samsung reserves the right to determine the timing and manner of such announcements.
      3. Each Winner will receive: (i) one (1) digital flight booking voucher code (“Flight Voucher Code”); and (ii) one (1) digital hotel booking voucher code (“Hotel Voucher Code”, and together with the Flight Voucher Code, “Voucher Codes”, and each a “Voucher Code”), to be redeemed via Trip.com (website or app).
      4. Flight and hotel bookings must be made separately using the respective Voucher Codes and may only be redeemed via https://sg.trip.com/w/samsunggalaxy
      5. Each Voucher Code will be valid for twelve (12) months from the date of issuance.
      6. The 3D2N holiday package prize is based on an estimated average redemption value per destination, which may vary depending on travel period, availability and prevailing market prices. The package includes economy class return flight tickets and hotel accommodation, and the total prize value reflects an average cost assumption across the listed destinations.
      7. For further details regarding booking, redemption and other terms and conditions, refer to the Trip.com website or contact Trip.com customer support directly.
   2. Music Studio 5 LS50H Prizes
      1. There will be a total of 18 Winners of the Music Studio 5 LS50H Prizes of this Lucky Draw.
      2. Each Winner will receive one (1) Music Studio 5 LS50H Wi-Fi Bluetooth Wireless Speaker (2026), Black (Regular Retail Price: S$349).
      3. Samsung reserves the right to substitute any prize with another item of equivalent or higher value without prior notice.
   3. Prizes of this Lucky Draw are not exchangeable, transferable, or redeemable for cash.
   4. If a Winner does not respond within three (3) weeks from the date of notification, is unreachable, or is found to be otherwise ineligible, such Winner shall forfeit their prize. Samsung reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
5. Disqualification
   1. Samsung reserves the right to, in its sole and absolute discretion, disqualify any Participant suspected of fraud, tampering or non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
   2. Incomplete, late or duplicate entries will not be considered.
6. Personal Data
   1. By participating in this Lucky Draw, each Participant consents to the collection, use, and disclosure of his/her personal data by Samsung for the purpose of administering this Lucky Draw. Refer to Samsung’s Privacy Policy at www.samsung.com/sg/info/privacy.html for more information.
7. Liability
   1. Samsung shall not be liable for any claims, losses, or damages arising out of or in connection with participation in this Lucky Draw (including the utilisation of the Prizes).
8. Amendments
   1. Samsung reserves the right to amend or withdraw this Lucky Draw and/or these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
9. Governing Law
   1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
