Each HDB household can claim $300 worth of vouchers and use them to offset the cost of eligible products. Who is eligible for the NEA Climate Voucher?
Every HDB household is entitled to one set of $300 vouchers. Claimants must be Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents with a registered HDB address.
When do the Climate Vouchers expire?
The vouchers are valid until 31 December 2027.
Can I combine multiple vouchers in a single transaction?
No. Multiple vouchers from different households cannot be combined in one transaction.
Is the NEA Climate Voucher accepted online?
Yes! The vouchers are accepted on Gain City’s online store. Simply apply the voucher during checkout and present it for scanning during delivery or site survey.

- Each household is eligible to apply one Climate Voucher per order.
- The voucher is only applicable to purchases from eligible categories.
- Redemption will take place when the product(s) are delivered to your residence or during a site survey.
- The remaining balance after the voucher is applied can be paid via PayNow.
