What is the NEA Climate Voucher & what are the eligible products?
The NEA Climate Voucher is designed to encourage households to adopt energy- and water-efficient products, reducing utility bills and contributing to Singapore’s sustainability goals. Each HDB household can claim up to $400 worth of vouchers and use them to offset the cost of eligible products. Gain City offers a wide range of products approved under the Climate Friendly Households Programme. Eligible items include

Frequently Asked Questions about NEA Climate Voucher
Who is eligible for the NEA Climate Voucher?
To be eligible for the Climate Vouchers, you must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident registered and residing at an HDB flat, or a Singapore Citizen registered and residing at a private residential property. Each eligible household is only entitled to one set of $300 vouchers and one set of $100 vouchers.
When do the Climate Vouchers expire?
The vouchers are valid until 31 December 2027.
Can I combine multiple vouchers in a single transaction?
No. Multiple vouchers from different households cannot be combined in one transaction.
Is the NEA Climate Voucher accepted online?
Yes! The vouchers are accepted on Gain City’s online store. Simply apply the voucher during checkout and present it for scanning during delivery or site survey.

- Each household is eligible to apply one Climate Voucher per order.
- The voucher is only applicable to purchases from eligible categories.
- Redemption will take place when the product(s) are delivered to your residence or during a site survey.
- The remaining balance after the voucher is applied can be paid via PayNow.
