- Our complimentary delivery and standard installation service include the delivery and installation of your new automated laundry rack at a single address. This service is applicable to concrete ceilings under 2.8 meters with an existing power source nearby. For ceilings above 2.8 meters or false ceilings, a surcharge of $150 applies.
- Gain City provides a 2-year warranty for all our automated laundry racks, covering manufacturing defects and workmanship. This warranty ensures peace of mind and reliable support for your purchase.
- Installation is typically completed within 10-14 working days. After placing your order, we will contact you to schedule a convenient date and time for the installation.
The size of the laundry rack depends on your available space:
- EIKOU EcoDry Basic (100CM) is ideal for compact spaces.
- EIKOU EcoDry Plus (130CM) and EcoDry Smart (130CM) are perfect for standard-sized homes.
- EIKOU EcoDry Smart XL (160CM) suits larger spaces and households with more laundry needs. All models feature extendable rods for flexibility.
Each model is designed with unique features to cater to different needs:
- EIKOU EcoDry Basic: Basic functionality with remote control, dual lighting, and telescopic rods.
- EIKOU EcoDry Plus: Includes additional features like UV lamps, fan drying, and a safety mechanism.

- EIKOU EcoDry Smart XL: Provides maximum capacity, powerful fans, heaters, and smart technology for optimal drying performance.
- If additional socket installation or wire pulling is required, we can arrange for this at an extra charge of $200.
- Absolutely! Our racks feature multiple safety mechanisms, such as automatic rising if descent is obstructed and sturdy construction to prevent accidents. The EcoDry Smart and Smart XL models also include smart technology for enhanced safety and control.

- Our automated laundry racks are designed for minimal maintenance. We recommend occasional cleaning of the telescopic rods and ensuring the moving parts are free from obstructions to maintain smooth operation.

After you placed the order in Gain City website and confirmed the payment, our customer service officers will process it within 72 hours. Any order that comes in after 6pm on a Friday, it will only be processed on the following Monday.
We will schedule your delivery when Gain City's Own Fleet or Installation Service is required. However, due to stock availability across our different showrooms, Gain City may require an additional 3-5 working days to get the item ready for your Store-Collection (only applicable to 4 main showrooms) or for shipping out.
Delivery of your purchase may fall within this 3 schemes:
- Agent Delivery: Items require our agents (distributor or principal) to deliver and/or perform basic installation services by the agents, for items such as Ceiling Fans, Cooking Hoods, or Water Heaters. Extra charges may apply for the installation service.
- Gain City Delivery: Items in larger size and weight, and/or require basic installation service provided by Gain City's staff.
- Economy Delivery: Smaller items will be delivered via our appointed 3rd party courier service partner.
- Same Day Delivery: Order(s) placed between 12am to 4pm will be delivered within the same day before 10pm.
Delivery cost does not include installation/dismantling/carrying up or down by staircase. Installation/Dismantling cost and any other 3rd party cost applies separately.

Our policy lasts 8 days. If 8 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and sealed.
