Job Description:

  1. Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance over the phone
  2. Direct the customer to the right Department on before and after sales enquiries.
  3. Identity the issues encountered by the customer and create CRM for events and problems and their resolution in logs
  4. Coordinate with the Maintenance installation and Delivery support team to resolve client concerns
  5. Follow-up and update customer status and information
  6. Work as you earn
  7. Flexi hour and at your preferences Log in timing

Requirement:

  1. Minimum GCE “N” level
  2. Candidates with customer service or helpdesk background are preferred
  3. Maybe required to perform shift duties
  4. Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office
  6. Only Singaporean or PR
