Job Description:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance over the phone
- Direct the customer to the right Department on before and after sales enquiries.
- Identity the issues encountered by the customer and create CRM for events and problems and their resolution in logs
- Coordinate with the Maintenance installation and Delivery support team to resolve client concerns
- Follow-up and update customer status and information
- Work as you earn
- Flexi hour and at your preferences Log in timing
Requirement:
- Minimum GCE “N” level
- Candidates with customer service or helpdesk background are preferred
- Maybe required to perform shift duties
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Only Singaporean or PR
