Gain City Best - Electric Pte Ltd shall have the right to correct the Price at any time, even after sales order is confirmed, prior to delivery where there has been a typographical or other error in the Price. - If the correct Price for the Product/Service is lower than the stated Price, then Gain City Best - Electric Pte Ltd shall charge the lower amount and refund the Customer, the excess amount paid.

Validating Your Wishing Item
After you submit wish list using our iWish shopping cart, we will check the information you give us for validity, by verifying your wish list and contact details. We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If we reject your wish list, we will attempt to notify you via phone call.
Order Acceptance / Confirmation
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Gain City Best-Electric Pte Ltd reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order/wish list to accept or decline your order for any reason.
Payment Terms
All payments must be effected in the currency of Singapore. Gain City vouchers are valid for payment of Goods or Service purchased online through this website. In the event of the voucher is found invalid, expired or what so reason, Gain City reserve the right to recover whatever amount that is equivalent to the voucher value in CASH. We accept payment by cash-on-delivery or cheque.
If you are paying by cash, the cash amount for the full price of the Goods must be paid to us on the date of delivery. If you are paying by a personal cheque, your cheque must be mailed, received by us and cleared before the Goods are delivered to you. These payment terms are subject to change without notice at our sole discretion.
Delivery
Separate charges $25 Singapore dollars for delivery will be added to the price of your Goods and reflected in your sales order. You are allowed to indicate the specific delivery date and time. However, should you be not available on your indicated date and time, and request Gain City Best - Electric Pte Ltd to deliver the Goods again on a separate delivery date and time, a separate delivery charge $25 Singapore dollars will be imposed on you. Alternatively, you may authorished someone who is above the age of 18 local, Singaporean to receive the item on behalf of you if you are not available to receive the goods personally.
No deliveries will be made to any address outside Singapore, except it is confirmed and agreed by Gain City Best – Electric Pte Ltd.
Rights To Refund
Gain City Best – Electric Pte Ltd reserves the rights to refund you the sum of money, even after an order is confirmed and paid for by the customer, for any reasons whatsoever, unable to deliver the Goods and/or Services requested by you.
Limitation Of Liability
