Free Product Loan Service is subject to the following terms and conditions:

• This service provides the Customer with an alternative product during this Free Product Loan period.
• The loan item is still the property of Gain City.
• The Customer is liable for any damage to the loan item sustained during the loan period.
• This loan item is based on application; it may not be the same brand nor model as the Customer’s product.
• All incidental or consequential damages are expressly excluded.
• Gain City Best-Electric reserves the rights to amend of the above terms and conditions without prior notice.
• If the Warranty still applies and the manufacturer is unable to replace due to parts shortage, Gain City will provide a loan set, subject to availability.
