How Family Points Are Awarded
•
Family Points are awarded for every dollar spent at Gain City Best Electric Pte Ltd.
•
One Family Point is awarded for every dollar spent, which may be revised from time to time at Gain City’s discretion.
•
Family Points are awarded upon producing Family Card / NRIC.
•
Family Points are awarded after 4 working days upon full payment.
•
Family Points will not be awarded for purchases of gift / shopping vouchers.
•
Family Points will expire 1 year from the last date of purchase.
Terms & Conditions
•
Family Card is not a credit, cash or debit card.
•
The Family Card shall remain the property of Gain City Best-Electric Pte Ltd.
•
Family Card is issued to Gain City customers and is non-transferable.
•
Family Points cannot be combined and transferred to other Gain City Members.
•
Family Card is only valid for use at Gain City Best-Electric Pte Ltd and participating merchants.
•
Gain City will not be liable for any loss, damage, theft or unauthorized use of this Family Card.
•
Gain City Family Members are responsible for the safekeeping of their Family Cards. Family Points will not be credited back to Member in the event of lost/theft. Family Card can be re-issued upon paying an adminis-trative fee of $5 at any Gain City showrooms.
•
Family Points will be reflected online after 3 working days upon successful application.
•
Family Points cannot be redeemed for cash or used for credit installment payment.
•
The usage of this card is governed by and constitutes the acceptance of Terms and Conditions set by Gain City Best-Electric Pte Ltd.
•
Applicant below 18 years of age are advised to seek parental approval prior to signing the application form.
•
Gain City Best-Electric Pte Ltd reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
Redemption Of Family Points
•
Family Points are redeemable ONLY at the next purchase, upon producing Family Card / NRIC.
•
Members are entitled to storewide redemptions with their Family Card. Gain City Best-Electric Pte Ltd reserves the right to remove certain items off its redemption list, whenever deemed necessary.
